At Above & Beyond we look after some of Brisbane’s most beautiful homes and commercial office buildings. We love our job and tend to extra details where necessary for our clients. We have the ability to take care of anything and everything our clients require in a profesional manner, with a touch of fun and friendly attitude. You can help us maintain our high quality level of service is by:

• Attention to detail with your cleaning tasks

• Ensure all floor surfaces are either, mopped, swept or vacuumed as directed

• Remove dust from shelves, window sills and surfaces

• Remove rubbish from the floor, bench tops, and rooms and place in the appropriate places

• Clean bins and replace with new bin liners

• Wipe streaks and marks from glass, mirrors and windows as directed

• In bathrooms, sanitizing fixtures, spot clean walls and doors, and cleaning toilets and basins

• As requested, transports dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned and restocks with clean linen

• Ensure you have all the correct supplies and equipment necessary to complete the tasks

• Ensure you monitor and maintain a cleaned and organised work approach in your assigned area

Who Are You

You will have excellent communication and organisationsal skills, ability to solve problems and seek solutions, highly reliable and trustworthy, be able to work independently as well as work in a team when necessary.

Ideally you will have:

A High school diploma or equivalent;
A valid and legal driver’s licence;
A current police check or prepared to have one completed;
Working with children or prepared to receive one.

Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous, however full on-the-job-training will be provided.

The hours of operation are between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and the appropriate penalty rates applied. You will also accrue Annual Leave and Sick/family Leave. Additionally, Above & Beyond believes in promotion from within and as the company is experiencing fast growth, we will be reviewing your performance through the duration of your employment to potentially fulfill new positions.
